Strategic Planning As A Collaborative Project

Many of the groups we come across and work with seem to recognize the value of strategic planning. Many also invest time and resources to conduct some level of strategic planning for their organizations.

I look at the Melton Foundation as “Before TakeTwo” and “After TakeTwo”. Before TakeTwo helped us, the Foundation did not have a clear brand nor did we have strong marketing and development strategies. Taketwo fixed all of that, leaving us with a magnificent new website, a plan along with the capacity for how to market ourselves linked to a clear new brand, and funds development strategy tied to our vision. I can’t sing the praises of Bix and Stephanie enough. They are a perfect team: the whole is even greater than the sum of its great parts. Thank you TakeTwo!”
