You Know It’s Time For Self-care When Babies Curse
It’s been a very tough week for many of us in the US, with the #Charlestonshooting, the latest in an epidemic of racist violence. Our deepest condolences to the families and everyone who is experiencing this loss. Like perhaps many of you, we are angry, sad, fed up, and, as The New Yorker’s The Borowitz Report put it, among Many in Nation Tired of Explaining Things to Idiots.
So, when this genius put together this video (alongside), we found ourselves watching it over and over. And we knew we had to share it with you. Excuse the profanity, but we thought, “if even babies are doing it, why not us?”

There’s no better tonic than a LOL at a dog’s love for ice cream or belting out Bon Jovi at a gas station, or hearing a sloth’s little bleats/squawks/squeaks, or… whatever it takes to remember there’s love and laughter in life, too.
